What People Say

Most Liked

Boneheads' most celebrated feature is undeniably its wings, with a staggering variety of over 75 flavors, including creative concoctions such as 'Cherry Pie' and 'Mac n Cheese'. The environment captures attention with its rock & roll theme, making each visit memorable. Diners rave about the huge portion sizes, particularly the burgers and delicious nachos, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo. Regulars often take advantage of special deals like 'Wing Tour Wednesdays' for discounted wings, which adds to the restaurant's value. Additionally, friendly staff enhance the experience – many patrons enjoy returning for their attentiveness and hospitality. And let’s not overlook live music, which injects energy into the space, creating an engaging atmosphere.

Most Disliked

Despite its popularity, Boneheads does face scrutiny in some areas. Some patrons have reported concerning cleanliness issues, especially in the bathrooms, where consistent upkeep seems necessary. Additionally, the seating can be a hit-or-miss experience. Some booths are in disrepair, which can detract from comfort during dining. Service times also vary, with some guests sharing experiences of long waits for food, especially during busy hours. While prices are generally reasonable, extra charges for sauces can add up, making diners more mindful of their selections. Lastly, the ambiance can suffer from seasonal annoyances, with some complaints about flies during the summer months. These factors can impact the overall dining experience, but many still return for the wings.

This one is a little tough to review because I love it so much but they are lacking in most areas! I give it a 5 star for taste. I forget how many but an entire huge page of wing flavors, most are excellent from Cherry Pie to Hell's Bells to Mac n Cheese. Lots of unique flavors and lots of combinations to try. Lots of fried food. Amazing hidden deserts that are never advertised, they're like something out of a magazine with flavor and presentation. They've been featured on many food channels and websites! They definitely have a hidden gem. I eat wings literally everyday and travel all over the world and Boneheads is my favorite wings and always look forward in going! I have been coming here at least once a week for years. At one point for 3 years I came almost every day for lunch with a different group of people every time. Often would have groups of over 10 people. As for environment, it's nice, most of the times the TV's match the music. Most of the booths are falling apart from when they got them free off of Craigslist years ago. I watched one lady fall over when the back portion let go and she fell on the ground. The booth by the window in the corner has no bottom cushion so you're sitting on the wood structure and have been for a few years. ALWAYS black flies everywhere in the summer landing on your food, your drink, your face, the windows, etc. There's usually something going on in the evenings for entertainment which is fun, music trivia, etc. The bathrooms are terrible, always dirty, holes in the walls, floors always wet, smells. There's usually a wait during the evenings since they're so popular and tasty. Service is a complete hit or miss. I have been coming here since they opened I think over 5 or 6 years ago. There once was a time I ate lunch everyday. I've had parties here, etc. Sometimes we've waited 4 hours to receive our food and have had an entire bill of over $1k paid for due to the ridiculous wait times, I have pictures with time stamps to prove. Kylee, Courtney, Jo were always on the ball. It seems to be a bit of a revolving door for wait staff since they opened. Within the past 2 years or so it's been consistent with a comparable wait time to receive food which is nice. Cost is average. However cost for taste is perfect. They have wing deals throughout the weeks, discount for the 25 wing trays on Wednesdays and for the boneless 25 wing trays on Thursdays. I much rather pay for these wings because you always know they are excellent and they're really good if anything is wrong or not to your liking they will take care of it without any issue. It's nice you can order all flats or drums as well. They do charge for every side sauce, sometimes can add up. Drinks are comparable priced too, wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi though! I hope you enjoy my pics, I uploaded 95 out of 692 pictures I have throughout my time with Boneheads!

Talking about amazing food , this is where to find it. Nice spot , great staff, and amazing selection of food options. Everything I ate was great. Portions are big , wing sauces and rubs are outstanding. Depending where you are it can be a bit of a drive but you won't be disappointed.

Boneheads had some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself isn’t very nice but it is very metal-rock and roll. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food is far from anything healthy but man it’s so good. We had wings, fries (that were coated in Mac and cheese powder), and mini corn dog bites with onion rings, all of which were amazing albeit heart attack inducing. Don’t go here if you’re on a diet! For being a divey bar/restaurant, the food is amazing and it’s a 5/5 all day.

This place is awesome!! The waitress was patient and very friendly. Came on a Friday at 7pm with a 25 min wait, well worth it. The wings were perfect. Can’t wait to come back

Boneheads is quite fun and interesting. A wing bar with a rock and roll twist. These guys have a ton of sauces with musical names like “Rock Lobster”, “Every Breathe You Take”, or “Buffalo Soldier”. The food is good, and the variety of sauces is great. The chicken is a bit over cooked, but not too bad. Overall, great stuff.

One of my favorite places ever. The atmosphere is perfect. Great food coupled with great service. I've been here 3 times so far, and I fall in love with this place a little more every time. Be prepared, bring friends to try all of their flavors, and don't be afraid to try their other dishes as well. Pro tip: Always order their dessert, and butterbeer (if you're a Harry Potter fan) Both are a must!

Great food. Nice server. Wednesday wings, fries and yingling deal $9.99. Great wings. Got the "wrong side of the road" sauce. Sweet n Spicy. Good stuff. Wish i could have tried more.
